2 Sequels For Spidey

Who doesn't know Peter Parker aka Spiderman? This web slinger building crawler has been the most popular character Marvel ever has. The comics are great, and the movies are summer blockbuster. I watched all three Spiderman movies starring Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst and I have all three on DVD. But storyline-wise, the movies got worse with each iteration. Spiderman 3 is by far the worst out of the three. Most expensive movie ever produced of all time? Yeah right! The CGI was average at best. I can see the computer generated character during Spiderman and Newgoblin fight scene with my naked eyes. The Matrix Reloaded and Revolution did a better job with the CGI.
But as any Hollywood movies that generate tons of money, sequels would be made over and over again until the public have enough of them. And in the case of Spiderman, he will get 2 sequels shot back to back a la The Matrix Reloaded and Revolution, The Pirates of Caribbean Dead Man's Chest and At World's End, and The Lord of The Rings.
Tobey Maguire have been reportedly reached deals to reprise his duties for not only Spiderman 4 but also the fifth installment alongside the director Sam Raimi. The decision to filming the fourth and fifth installment together is to minimize the problems in reassembling the cast, according to Sony. But no deal has been made for Kirsten Dunst yet.
